Role Overview
We’re looking for an AI Product Engineer who is equal parts builder, problem-solver, and customer partner. This role combines the technical rigor of product and front-end engineering with the creativity and empathy of sales engineering. You’ll not only help us design and ship AI-powered features, but also work directly with customers to shape how Bigspin’s platform is applied to their real-world use cases.This is a rare opportunity to be at the front lines of building AI-first products while influencing how they are adopted and scaled by our customers. What you'll build + own‍

  • AI Product Engineering
    Architect and build features that harness the power of AI systems (LLMs and beyond).
    Work closely with design to translate customer needs into scalable, reliable solutions.
    Prototype rapidly to test new ideas, then harden them for production.
  • Sales Engineering / Customer Solutions
    ‍    Partner with customers to understand their workflows and design tailored solutions using Bigspin’s platform.
    Support customer success by building prototypes, integrations, and demos that bring AI use cases to life.
    Surface feedback from customer engagements to inform the product roadmap.
  • Front-End Development
    ‍    Build intuitive, performant, and responsive interfaces with modern frameworks (React).
    Collaborate with design to ensure seamless and elegant user experiences.
    Advocate for best practices in accessibility, testing, and performance.

What you'll bring‍

  • Strong experience in front-end development (React, TypeScript, or similar).
  • Experience building and shipping AI-powered applications (LLM integration, prompt design, evaluation, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with customers in both technical and strategic conversations.
  • A blend of engineering rigor and sales engineering creativity — able to both ship production code and build compelling demos.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and excitement to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
