First, we use specialized retrieval models to score every transcript against signals of quality issues: user frustration, confusion, task failures, workflow friction. This filters down to conversations showing real problems.

Then we cluster similar conversations together—"can't export data," "download broken," "where's the save button" becomes one pattern: Export functionality failing on mobile. Finally, for each pattern, our AI generates a clear problem statement, severity assessment, actual user quotes, transcript links, and initial diagnosis. Beyond the weekly Top 10, our AI assistant lets you explore deeper: "Show me more pricing confusion examples" or "Track this export issue week-over-week." Same fast retrieval, on-demand answers in seconds.
